Prean's world revolved around racing and his beloved Lotus 7. Built by his parents and passed down with love and legacy, the Lotus was a family heirloom with a whole lot of horsepower. If it has an engine, Prean understands it. If it’s his Lotus, he lives it. Their first meeting was brief. Their paths crossed just as Shalinee was about to leave - a quick introduction at the airport, a moment that felt small at the time, but quietly set everything else in motion. Their first impressions couldn't have been more opposite. Prean saw Shalinee as a fluttering gypsy spirit, forever in motion, drifting from city to city with an uncanny ability to pack up her life at a moment’s notice. Shalinee, on the other hand, thought Prean was a man who was annoyingly content at staying put, with no urge to explore the vast, beautiful world beyond his familiar roads. A goodbye followed and Shalinee boarded her flight, unaware that the man she’d just met would one day become the person she’d choose forever. Life carried on, as it does. Adventures continued, engines revved, miles were traveled - both on the road and across continents. Through it all, Shalinee and Prean remained friends, catching up on life, travel stories, and of course… cars as time went by. And then, almost eight years later, their story did what any story does best. The timing finally caught up with their connection. Their friendship deepened into something more, laughter turned into love, and two very different worlds - one fueled by wanderlust and creativity, the other by precision, passion, and speed collided perfectly.
