What's included in the price of our room?
Answer
Finest is an all-inclusive resort, so once you're there you can put your wallet away! This includes access to 15 restaurants, 17 bars, and daily/nightly entertainment. Round trip transfers from the airport are also included in the price if you use the promo code. Spa services and excursions are an extra cost. We recommend bringing some small bills to tip for good service.

Short Answer... No. While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The Excellence Club rooms are in an adults only building. This gets you access to a private lounge, pool area, beach area, and restaurant, all restricted to adults only.

The bride and groom will be there from Oct 23-30th. Feel free to stay for as long as you'd like!

Our dream is to have an intimate wedding with the people we love and have supported us throughout our lives and relationship. All invitees will be addressed on the invitations

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?
Answer
As soon as you know you will be joining us! *Please note that there will be other weddings on the surrounding days. Rooms are expected to sell out the closer it gets to the wedding day. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on site.* Your room reservation is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your arrival. You can make changes (at no additional cost) to your reservation up until August 23, 2025. Please visit the Hotel + Travel tab to get started on the booking process. *There is NO room block in place holding rooms for our group. Please do not wait to book*

CAN I BOOK THE NON-REFUNDABLE OPTION?
Answer
Yes you can, but be advised that: (1) you will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason, (2) you will not be able to modify your reservation at all (3) you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. We are asking all of our guests to use our Promo Code: BMWOCT25FPM and book the EVENTS RATE + FREE TRANSFER option because it will include free cancellation up until 24 hrs from arrival and free transportation to/from the airport. We would hate for you to lose any money if you have to cancel your stay.

Our wedding is on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25TH, 2025 Please plan to arrive at by friday, October 24th. Please take into consideration the possibility of flight delays or flight cancellations when booking flights. We'd hate for you to miss out on celebrating with us!
