For years, we lived in the same community, crossing paths without ever truly meeting. A mutual friend had wanted to introduce us, however; we ended up meeting on our own. Bryan and I now believe we’re living proof of the invisible string theory; that the universe keeps two people apart until the exact moment they’re meant to meet. That moment finally came at a golf tournament at our country club. He was sitting on the lawn with his dog (now our dog), and I sat down next to him under the excuse of wanting to pet his dog… but really, I just wanted to talk to him. A week later, we found ourselves in the same place again. Afterwards, he made the first move and sent me a message on Facebook and from that point on, we’ve been inseparable. After just a handful of dates, we never left each other’s side. It all moved so fast, yet somehow never felt rushed. Six weeks in, we were already writing our wedding vows. Six months later, we were engaged and it felt less like a surprise and more like something that was always meant to be. From the very beginning, there was an unshakable sense of peace between us; the kind that quiets the chaos and makes life feel lighter. Being with him felt familiar, grounding, and safe… like finding home in another person. Somewhere along the way, we didn’t just fall in love, we became best friends, each other’s calm after the storm. On Christmas morning, Bryan proposed, turning an already magical day into a moment we’ll treasure forever. It was intimate, meaningful, and perfectly us. We truly believe everything we went through in life led us here; to this kind of love. The kind that feels rare, effortless, and meant to be all along 🤍 We're so incredibly excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. It means the world to us to have you there as we begin this next chapter together and we can't wait to share our day with you.
