Answer

He did (of course). During a phone call he asked if I would like to go to a movie later that evening.

How did the Proposal happen?

Answer

The night before we were leaving to go on a cruise, he said he wanted to go get a pizza. I didn't understand why he needed me to stop packing just to ride with him or why he kept making random stops. Once we finally returned, I walked into see balloons, candles and flower peddles all in place for the proposal.
