Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 20th, 2021. Any RSVP’s received after August 20th will not be counted. In order to attend the cocktail hour and reception, you must RSVP.

Question

Do we have to wear a mask?

Answer

With the CDC’s current guidelines, we do ask that you please wear a mask. If you are having any COVID symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID, we ask that you do not attend for the safety of others. We would prefer if you were tested for COVID before attending just to take the extra precaution, even with being fully vaccinated. We will have extra masks available for those who do not have one.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

As many of you may know, we have lived together for quite sometime. We have lots of pots and pans as well as other homey things. We prefer monetary gifts to go towards our honeymoon and home improvements.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we would love for everyone to come as they are, we would like for the dress code to be formal. Please no khakis, sneakers or denim.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says "and Guest," then yes, you can. If it does not, then we would prefer if it were just you. We also have to limit our guest list, unfortunately, due to COVID.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We luh da kidz, but we would like you to have this night off. This is an adult only wedding besides those that are part of the wedding party.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please make sure to email Shakia at brooksfieldswedding@gmail.com to ensure that all allergies get reported to the venue.

Question

Can we take pictures and videos for social media?

Answer

We ask that you not take any photos/videos during the ceremony. We want it to be unplugged and would love for you to be in the moment. We've hired awesome photographers and videographers for this. The cocktail hour and reception, however, are open to any photos and videos that you'd like to post :)
