Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

The Museum does not have an assigned parking area. Surrounding the Museum are several lots managed by Premium Parking. For pricing and to reserve your spot, explore premiumparking.com. In addition there are street parking options and a paid parking garage is located on the World War II Museum campus at 1024 Magazine Street. Prices vary depending on parking location.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm so you can arrive as early as 30 minutes before the start time.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

You can drive to the venue but there is limited parking since the venue does not have a designated parking area. We have arranged transportation from the Sonesta ES Suites to the venue starting at 1:30pm and from the venue back to the hotel starting at 6:30pm.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

There will be passed hor'dourves to eat. There will be unlimited nonalcoholic beverages and a CASH BAR. Only electronic payments will be accepted at the cash bar.

The hotel only offers valet parking for $45/night. The wedding venue is less than 2 miles from the hotel so rideshare is an option.
