To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 28th 2025. If we don't receive your Rsvp by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To keep our wedding intimate and meaningful, we’ve limited our guest list to close friends and family only. We kindly ask that only the guests named on the invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding – your presence truly means the world to us!
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
We won’t be serving alcohol at our wedding, but there will be a variety of fun and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks, including sparkling beverages, juice, and more. This was a personal choice – we want everyone to have a great time and, most importantly, get home safe at the end of the night. We’re so excited to celebrate together, no alcohol needed!
Yes, Cropley House has 142 onsite parking spaces available for the guests including 4 disabled parking spaces.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), surrounded by nature — so we recommend comfortable shoes! After the ceremony, we’ll move indoors for canapés, welcome drinks, and the reception. No need to worry about the weather during dinner and dancing — we’ll be celebrating in comfort!
