We have reserved a room block at the TownePlace Suites Boone for our wedding, April 27–29, 2027. Rooms are available at a discounted group rate of $124 per night, plus 12.75% sales tax. We would love for our family and friends to stay together if possible, as it will make the weekend even more special and provide extra opportunities to relax, connect, and celebrate throughout our wedding festivities. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and free parking for guests, making it a convenient and comfortable option for the weekend. For guests flying into the Charlotte airport, Hickory Hop Shuttle Service offers transportation directly between Charlotte Douglas International Airport and the TownePlace Suites in Boone. The current rate is $100 per person, one-way or $180 per person, round-trip. If you plan to use this service, reservations must be made individually through the Hickory Hop website. We recommend booking your shuttle as early as possible to ensure availability and make your travel to and from Boone as smooth and stress-free as possible.
