We have set aside a block of Double rooms from Saturday, October 18, 2025 - Sunday, October 19th, 2025 at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Kenner. You may extend your stay if you wish beyond those dates for the same rate as long as the hotel has the availability. The hotel is located about 2 miles or 6 min from the Wedding Venue. The Wyndham is also located five miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)—reachable via a free shuttle that runs daily from 7 a.m.–11 p.m. There will also be breakfast vouchers for our guests that book through our block of rooms, presented to you at check in. The hotel has also graciously offered a shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to and from the wedding venue on the day of the wedding. The final day to book is Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)
We assume most folks are traveling from outside the New Orleans area for our wedding. First off, a huge thank you for your effort! If you're flying New Orleans main airport is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Most major airlines fly in and out of MSY. Arriving at the airport you have several options to get to your accommodations. Both of our hotels that we have room blocks at do offer shuttles from the airport. If you arrive outside of the times that a hotel shuttle is running, taxis and rideshare are also available from the airport. Taxis pick up passengers in a dedicated taxi loading zone on the Arrivals Curb outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim Door 7. Taxis are required to accept credit card payments. Uber and Lyft are both rideshare options in the New Orleans area. Ride app services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb. Pricing is variable depending on demand.
