Question

How do we get to the wedding?

Answer

These directions are for the location of our ceremony and reception. Google maps link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/WtPucZjeAG34iQEo6 Coordinates: 35°22'28.9"N 111°47'29.2"W Directions: From the downtown Flagstaff area, go North on Humphreys, turn left onto Ft Valley Rd/Hwy 180. Drive approximately 16.3 miles. You will see signage along the route for Arizona Nordic Village; this is good landmark to know about as the Nordic Village is right near the property. Once you pass the Nordic Village on the right side of the road, slow down and look for the unmarked entrance to the property about 1/2 mile farther on the left side of the highway. Enter through the gate and drive into the property until you see our wedding near the clearing.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire- come get fancy with us! Your snazziest suit & tie, formal separates, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, and floor-length dresses are all welcome. Please no jeans or t-shirts. The weather will be warm during the day and chilly at night, so please bring layers as our wedding will be held outdoors.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to our website by August 1, 2025. You can RSVP on this website at any time. If you received a save the date from us, you can now RSVP. RSVPing also helps us with our plans, so please RSVP as soon as you are able! We will be sending out invitations in the coming weeks, but there is no need to wait until you get an official paper invite in the mail. Thank you!

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00, so we suggest arriving around 2:30 to ensure you have enough time to park and find your seat.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our wedding will be entirely outdoors, so please dress accordingly. September days in Flagstaff usually have a high in the mid 70s and a low in the 40s (although the wedding won't go late enough for it to be this cold). We recommend keeping an eye on the weather as we get closer to the wedding to ensure you bring enough layers!

Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

What should I do to prepare for the high elevation in Flagstaff?

Answer

Since our wedding will be hosted in Flagstaff which sits at about 7,000 feet of elevation, please make sure to take extra precautions if you aren't used to this altitude. Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and take it slow!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

As we join together to celebrate our wedding day, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you're considering a gift, we have created a honeymoon fund instead of registering for traditional gifts. Please visit the registry section for more information!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave your cell phones or cameras in your pocket or purse during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to snap away!

Question

What's on the menu?

Answer

We will have a selection of focaccia, salads, and woodfired pizzas with cake for dessert!

Question

Will there be drinks?

Answer

We are planning to serve wine, beer, and spirits at our wedding. While we are still looking into the exact options we will provide, you can plan on enjoying drinks on us during our wedding!
