We suggest flying into DIA and booking a shuttle (Epic Mountain Express, discount code VBCWEDDING) or rental car up to Vail. The drive to Vail is ~2 hours. Vail is walkable so a car once you are there isn't super necessary! Eagle County also has an airport about 35 minutes from Vail City Center. We recommend a Thursday or Friday morning arrival as there can sometimes be traffic getting to the mountains on the weekends! Travel Note

AirBnB and VRBO

AirBnb & VRBO are great options for larger groups. The Sonnenalp Hotel is located in Vail Village for reference when looking at rentals in the area. West Vail or East Vail are also great places to stay. There is a free Shuttle you can use to get to Vail Village & The Sonnenalp Hotel. The shuttle will run from West to East Vail! Many AirBnbs and VRBOs will let you know how close they fall to a shuttle stop!
