What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The baraat will begin around 3:15 p.m. and the ceremony will start right after. Please be on time!!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking at both the Sangeet and wedding venues.

Is there any required attire for the Nikah?

Answer

Not really. But if you're concerned, feel free to reach out to Anam and Shafqaat and they will guide you :)

What's the plan between the Nikah ceremony and the Reception?

Answer

There's an extended happy hour beginning at 5:30 p.m. that will lead up to the reception starting around 7:30 p.m. Appetizers and cocktails will be available to enjoy. If wanting to rest or change between events, the hotel is about 5-10 mins away! There's also sports bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby if you want to catch the game or hang out before the reception begins.

Do I need to change outfits between the Nikah ceremony and the Reception

Answer

No! But you can! Do what makes you feel happy and is convenient for you. To note - there is a 2 hour cocktail hour and the hotel is only 5-10 minutes away so there is plenty of time to change if you want to change.

Where do I leave my gift?

Answer

There will be a box available outside the reception hall for any envelopes. Please no boxed gifts. You can also contribute to our honeymoon fund from this website. Your prescence is the best gift we can ask for <3

Do I have to wear eastern/desi clothes?

Answer

No! Wear what makes you feel beautiful :) If you need recommendations for types of eastern wear or where to buy them, feel free to reach out to Anam!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is for the ceremony to be outside, weather permitting! If it is chilly, feel free to bring a coat or dress accordingly.
