Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Lakeview Events, and will all be out doors. Please be prepared for any weather conditions!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue, but it is a little limited. If it is possible for you to carpool with family or friends, we would appreciate you doing so!

Can I RSVP?

Answer

Yes!If you received a Save the Date from us, you can now RSVP. RSVPing also helps us with our plans (speaking with caterers, DJ, etc.). So please RSVP as soon as you are able! We will be sending out invitations in the coming months, but there is no need to wait until you get an official invite. Thank you! If you would like a physical invitation, please let Sam or Shae know; otherwise we are going to be sending digital invitations to everyone else.

What’s on the menu?

We will have catered appetizers during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet style, details are yet to be confirmed. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a room block set up at the Ramada by Wyndham in Westlock. Please call 780-349-2245 and reference 'Bauer/Becker' wedding to get our discounted room rate. You are also welcome to pitch at tent at the venue site. Please reach out to Sam or Shae if this is something you are interested in by August 31st.
