The dress code for our welcome party is casual cocktail attire. We’ll be celebrating at Flight Club, an upscale entertainment venue with dynamic, tech-enabled Social Darts. Feel free to dress comfortably!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code for the wedding is black tie optional. For those who wish to dress to the nines, we encourage formal wear such as tuxedos or elegant gowns. However, if you prefer a slightly more relaxed look, a dark suit and tie or a cocktail dress are perfectly acceptable. We want you to feel comfortable and confident while celebrating with us, so choose what feels best for you!

Can I bring a plus one?

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! To ensure an intimate atmosphere, we kindly ask that only those whose names are on the invitation join us. If you don’t see your name listed, we appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list limited. Thank you for being a part of our lives, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love all of our guests, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only affair. This allows us to create a more intimate atmosphere for the celebration. We hope that you can enjoy a night of fun and romance with us!

What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony, which will begin at 5:30 PM. This will give everyone ample time to settle in and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere. We can’t wait to celebrate this special moment with you!

Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the welcome party?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from both hotels to the welcome party at Flight Club. Bus 1 will depart from Hotel Avalon at 6:00 PM. If not full, it will then head to the Courtyard Atlanta Alpharetta/Avalon. Bus 2 will depart from the Courtyard Atlanta Alpharetta/Avalon at 6:15 PM. If it’s not full, it will head to Hotel Avalon. Return buses will leave Flight Club for the hotels at 9:15 PM and 10:00 PM.

Will transportation be provided from the wedding venue to the hotel?

Answer

Transportation will be provided exclusively from the wedding venue to both Hotel Avalon and the Courtyard. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the venue to ensure timely arrival. Buses will depart from the wedding venue at 10:15 PM, 11:00 PM, and 11:30 PM.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, since both the ceremony and reception are at the same venue, there will be parking accommodations available on-site. We want to make your experience as smooth as possible!

Will there be a farewell breakfast?

Answer

The happy couple will be at the restaurant of the Avalon Hotel and would love to say goodbye before you head out! Stop by for an à la carte breakfast between 9-11 AM.
