Josh and Shae's love story began with middle school basketball. They both played for Ormond Beach Middle School and were quickly drawn to each other. But before anything could come of it Shae and her family moved back to Colorado. The two lost touch after the move. A year later Shae moved back to Ormond Beach and they ran into each other once again. Before they knew it middle school was over and Shae attended Seabreeze High School and Josh attended Father Lopez Catholic High School. The two lost touch again but would see one another when their schools would play each other in sports. The timing was never right until the summer of 2017. Both Shae and Josh just graduated high school and both were preparing to leave for college in the fall. Shae was hanging out at one of her friends houses when her friends brother brought his football teammates over. That's when Shae and Josh's paths crossed once again. This time the timing was just right and the two spent everyday together and on July 19th, 2017 Josh asked Shae to be his girlfriend. Nine years later they will be tying the knot on the same day!
