Picture this, it's a brisk Monday at school. Shaedyn is told by her mom to go the library to escape her crazy roommate. Shaedyn was hesitant at first because she knows that she won't be able to get anything done because people are all up in each others business . Lo and behold some idiot gets up in her business. This idiot was Matthew. He was in the library to meet with a study group, but some other students had taken their usual spot. While waiting to hear where to meet his group, he looked for a spot to sit and study beforehand. And at that moment he spotted an empty place that was across from a cute girl with a pencil in her hair. So he sat there and began to study. At this moment Shaedyn was filled with a murderous rage, because a boy decided to sit at the only occupied table (Matt believes there were other occupied tables poor sap - Shaedyn)(There were definitely other tables occupied - Matt). Lucky her. Matthew, oblivious to the glares, struck up a conversation. He noticed that she was wearing an Ellensburg sweatshirt, and remembering his mother's advice to try to talk to a girl and ask her out that week, he decided to do just so. She, desperate to get him to stop talking, said yes. Their first date was glorious, Shaedyn didn't register just how tall he was when they met, and was greeted with a giant at her door. She did her best to be cool about it and said "holy cow you're tall". Smooth. Shaedyn then realized that he was quite pretty, and discovered that she didn't know how to talk to boys. They started that night by going bowling (honestly a bad first date idea, do not do - Matt) and after a particularly solid roll, Shaedyn informed him that he could have knocked out at least 12 Kindergarteners. (I panicked - Shaedyn). She kept that colorful commentary up the whole night. He fell hard (like the hypothetical kindergarteners - Shae). The night ended with a walk around the local park, while they drank hot chocolate and talked. (Shaedyn did most of the talking, I was nervous - Matt) (I was nervous too, I couldn't shut up - Shaedyn) The night ended and once Matt dropped her off, the door closed and Shaedyn fell to the floor and stayed there. Matt drove home also shocked that Shaedyn asked to go on another date. Luckily, we both recovered and now we're getting married woo woo! The end.
