Where is the wedding ceremony/reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Casa Marina Hotel in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Please no casual hats, jeans, t-shirts, or anything that would be classified as casual.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

No. Although we love your little ones, we ask that you please make arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Thank you so much for thinking of us! We really appreciate it. We are not asking for items, but we have set up a fund for our Honeymoon and for a down deposit on a new home! Any amount is greatly appreciated to either fund.

Duh! We will have an open bar until 10 PM. After that, the bar will turn into a cash bar.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with dinner indoors, and dancing outdoors.

What color is the bridal party wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids and the groomsmen will be in black. However, feel free to also wear black! (It's Shae's favorite color.)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately there is not. We recommend Ubering or carpooling if possible. There is public parking surrounding the venue, but the venue itself does not have a parking lot.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

No later than 4:15 PM. If you are late and the ceremony has already started, please wait until after the ceremony has concluded to join us.

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

Our reception will end at 12:00 AM.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?

Answer

We’d love to! Please check out our “Things To Do” section for a variety of our favorite places.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 16, 2024. If you do not RSVP by August 16, we will assume that you unfortunately cannot make it.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

We are keeping the rehearsal dinner intimate and only inviting the bridal party and family. Thank you for understanding!
