Arezzo is the closest city to Villa Belgarbo, roughly a 25 minute drive away. Arezzo is a charming hilltop city and comune in Italy and the capital of the province of the same name located in Tuscany. Arezzo is roughly 50 miles southeast of Florence.
Travel Note
Aeroporto di Firenze (Florence International Airport) is the best airport to fly into. Travel Options: 1. By car/taxi: 54min drive from the airport to Arezzo and/or Monterchi. Taxi costs 140 euro. 2. By train: First, you will have to get either a taxi or bus to Santa Maria Novella railway station (Florence city center train station). Taxi trip takes 15 minutes and will cost 25 euro. The Volainubus Airport Shuttle connects Florence Airport to downtown Florence and runs every 30mins - journey time 20mins and costs 5 euro. From Florence, you can catch a train from Santa Maria Novella railway station (Florence city center station) to Arezzo. There are two options: 1. The regional train which runs every 20mins with a journey time of 1hr35mins. 2. The fast train which runs twice daily with a journey time of 35mins. The trains cost $10 and $20 one-way respectively. Shuttle

We will arrange a shuttle to pick up and drop off guests from Arezzo. Pick up starts at 1PM and drop off shuttle leaves at 12AM. Please let us know where you will be staying by July 1st so we can arrange accordingly. :)
Hotel
A Tuscan villa/hotel from the 18th century, Casa Volpi is on a hill just outside Arezzo. Free internet, free parking, free wifi and free bike rental are provided. Casa Volpi is a 5-minute drive from Arezzo city centre and a 20-minute drive to Villa Belgarbo. 60 euro/night for standard room. Hotel
The Graziella is located in a traditional building in Arezzo's historic centre, near the frescoes of Piero della Francesca. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and Sky TV. Parking on site. The hotel is located in Arezzo city center and is a 25-minute drive to Villa Belgarbo. Rooms start at 130 Euro a night. Hotel
Offering a furnished rooftop terrace overlooking the historic centre. It features luxury rooms and suites with air conditioning, wood floors, and a minibar. Il Mulino is a 5min walk from our villa, Villa Belgarbo and is a 25-minute drive to Arezzo city center. We have a hold on this villa from Saturday Sep 3rd through Saturday Sep 10th. The entire villa costs 1,900 euro or a room is 633.33 euro if you wish to share property with two other guests/couples. Property has a 7 night minimum.
