We ask that all RSVPs be provided by April 1st. If we have not received your RSVP by that date, we will assume you are unable to join us. When RSVPing, please enter your name as written on your invitation. If you do not see your desired plus one or child’s name in the RSVP field, it unfortunately means we are unable to accommodate their attendance.
While we would love to be able to extend an invitation to all, we unfortunately can only accommodate those expressly invited. All invited plus ones or children will have their names printed on the invitation. If you have any questions about the invitation, or about finding childcare in the area, please contact Shae or Andrew.
We ask that everyone please wear formal attire. We recommend suits or tuxedos and floor length dresses or fancy cocktail dresses. Please refrain from wearing jeans or white/cream dresses. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!
We ask that guests please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45PM to enjoy pre-ceremony passed champagne and sparkling cider. We want to ensure everyone has ample time to find a seat before our ceremony begins at 4:00PM. As a reminder, our venue does not offer parking, so we ask that you please factor the time it may take to park in a nearby lot and walk to the venue when making your day of travel plans.
We do not have a hotel block set up. We are happy to offer hotel recommendations for our out of town friends and family! Please check out the ‘Hotel Recommendations’ section of our website for some options!
A little bit of both! Our ceremony and dinner will take place outdoors, while cocktail hour and dancing will take place indoors. The outdoor space at our venue is stamped gravel, so please keep that in mind when choosing what heels to wear. Monterey is beautiful but can also be chilly at night! We will bring the party inside after dinner, but please try to plan ahead with your outfit.
