When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask for RSVPs by July 17 so we have plenty of time to provide a final headcount to our caterer. Thanks so much in advance!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 3 p.m. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Party/cocktail attire, or whatever you feel comfortable dancing the night away in! We also recommend bring a jacket or sweater as it can get a bit windy right next to the beach.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot onsite, but parking is limited - please try to carpool if you can! Note that parking is across the street from the ceremony site.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

At the Humboldt Bay Social Club, there are two sides to the venue: The main space, which has the hangar where our reception will be held and the parking area. Directly across the street is the Oyster Beach side of the property on Humboldt Bay. This is where the ceremony will be held, in the site's eucalyptus grove. Please park and then cross the street to Oyster Beach!

What kind of food will there be?

Answer

We plan to serve cocktail hour and dinner that accommodates a wide variety of dietary restrictions including vegan/vegetarian.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend carpooling to the site. Humboldt County is VERY limited in its Uber/Lyft availability, but is definitely an option. There are also several taxis companies in the area.
