Welcome Dinner Reception

Private welcome dinner for any guests arriving on Tuesday or before.

Private Catamaran/Snorkeling at Maroma

1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Private transportation picks us up from the El Dorado Resorts at 1:00 to head to Maroma and embark on a three hour Catamaran and Snorkeling experience.

Bring a swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes, to enjoy an afternoon sailing on a private Catamaran in the Caribbean! Sail in the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean towards an exciting snorkeling adventure at the Great Mayan Reef. During the excursion, you'll have the chance to stop in front of the beach for a refreshing dip in the sea. Recommended to bring a long-sleeve shirt for swimming. WHAT IS INCLUDED Snorkel Equipment (visor, tube with new mouthpiece, fins and life jacket) Water, soft drinks, tequila, rum, vodka and beers (will be served after the snorkeling activity) Admission to Maroma Beach and use of facilities. Dock Use Tax $15 USD per person, payable upon check-in at the Marina.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Attire: Semi-Formal Feel free to dress up, but keep it comfortable! Men can wear a suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt, and women can opt for a cocktail dress, midi dress, or dressy separates.

📍 4:30 PM – Please join us at the Skydeck to take in the views and get settled before the ceremony. 💍 5:00 PM – Ceremony! We’ll exchange vows and officially begin our forever. 🍸 5:30 PM – Cocktail Hour! Enjoy drinks while we take pictures and kick off the celebration. 🍽 6:30 PM – Dinner! join us for a delicious meal, heartfelt toasts, and good company. 🎶 After Dinner – Live Music, Dancing and an unforgettable night!
