How do I use the promo code?

Answer

Guests should go directly to www.finestresorts.com and click on the BOOK NOW tab. Once there, you can enter the dates you'd like to stay as well as enter in our promo code. From there, it will show you all of the available rooms during that time at our discounted rates. A minimum 3 nights stay is required to use the promotion. Again, we highly recommend reserving your room as soon as possible in order to lock in the suite you want- there is a limited availability for many of the room options so the sooner you can lock it down, the better! Please do NOT book a room through a third party website.

When should I book my room?

Answer

ASAP! Our promo code expires on April 24th. You will not be charged for your room at the time of booking- you will be charged 30-45 days before your arrival. The good news: you are able to cancel you're reservation free of charge up to 45 days before the wedding!

Do I need to bring cash with me?

Answer

We do recommend bringing cash in order to tip- this is greatly appreciated and generally expected amongst the staff. Otherwise, all of your food, drinks, and activities are paid for as part of your stay! The resort offers a huge variety of activities and non-motorized water sports on site. If you would like to rent motorized water vehicles, they offer them for an additional charge.

What is the difference in Finest and Excellence Club rooms?

Answer

These rooms are in buildings 4, 5, and 6. In the Finest club area, all ages are allowed. In the Excellence Club area, only individuals over the age of 18 are allowed.

What's the dress code?

Answer

For the wedding, we are going for Beach Elegance. Think sundresses, cocktail dresses, nice pants, dress shorts, button down shirts... suits and ties are optional. It's going to be HOT and humid in June so make sure to stay comfy! Ladies, if you're going to wear heels make sure they are wedges and they strap on- we will be getting married in the sand on the beach. For the rest of the resort, make sure to pack a mix of outfits. The restaurants and bars all have strict dress codes and many require more formal wear for dinners. Ladies, everything is pretty much fair game as long as you don't wear rubber flip flops (like you would wear to the pool). ***Men MUST be in a collared shirt (short sleeved or long sleeved) and be wearing pants for any of the indoor restaurants. Any closed toe shoe is fine. Jeans are also fine. NO shorts, even if they are dress shorts. Do I need to stay at the resort?

Answer

The short answer is: yes. Any guests attending the wedding MUST be staying at the resort on Saturday. If you are thinking of staying off-site, please let us know!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes they are! The Finest is one of the few all-inclusive family resorts in the area. On top of the numerous daily activities designed just for kids (check the THINGS TO DO tab), the resort also offers daycare and babysitting services fully attended by their professional staff.

How long should we stay?

As long as you'd like! We will be staying from June 21st-June 30th. We are hoping that everyone can treat this as a vacation - that we all deserve :)

We heard great reviews on the swim up suites, so we knew we had to stay in one. We booked the Excellence Club Junior Swim Up Suite.

Should I use the hashtag, "#shabtasticvoyage"?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! We ask that you use our fun, festive hashtag for anything you post on social media. This will allow us to search this hashtag and see all the fun we had celebrating for many years to come. Plus, we're all on this #shabtasticvoyage together!!

How can I manage my reservation?

Answer

Go to finestresorts.com, click the menu bars, and then click "manage reservations". There you can input your booking number and everything for your reservation will show. This includes the price, the card you used, the dates you chose, etc. This can be an amazing help if you forgot the card that you used to book your reservation.
