Here is a breakdown of Saturday's schedule: Ceremony - Outdoor Valley Promenade and Legends Lawn Guest arrival and seating starts at 3:30pm. Official start time 4pm - 4:30pm. Cocktail Hour - Indoor Veranda Foyer Ballroom 4:30pm - 6:00pm Dinner and Reception - Outdoor Valley Promenade and Legends Lawn 6:00pm - 10:00pm Afterparty - Indoor Veranda Foyer Ballroom 10:00pm - Midnight The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Sunset will be around 6:40pm
