Wedding

Our ceremony will take place outdoors along a natural hiking trail, so we kindly recommend wearing boots or flats. The terrain includes rocks, potholes, and uneven ground, so please dress with comfort and safety in mind. For the reception, feel free to embrace western formal or evening attire—boots and western hats are encouraged! (We kindly ask that hats be removed during the ceremony.) Please avoid blue jeans, shorts, and flip-flops. Bridesmaids and groomsmen will be in olive green and brown.
Rancho Oso is tucked away in the mountains of Santa Barbara, so travel time may be longer than expected. We ask that all guests arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time to park and get settled before the ceremony begins. If you are staying on-site, cabin check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and you’re welcome to head straight to the ceremony afterward. Please note that we will begin promptly at 4:15 PM, and late arrivals may not be able to join the ceremony once it has started. Please note that our wedding will be an adult-only event. To keep our celebration intimate, we ask that only the guests named on the invitation attend. We are unable to accommodate additional guests or children. We truly appreciate your help in making the day smooth, safe, and enjoyable for everyone—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:50 pm
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm — please do not arrive later than 3:45 pm so we can start on time. Seating is open unless otherwise noted, so feel free to sit wherever you’d like. We kindly ask that guests keep phones put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present (and our photographer can work their magic!)
Cocktail Hour
4:55 pm
After the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour while we step away for photos. Enjoy drinks, light bites, and time to mingle before the reception begins. You’ll also have a chance to sign our guest book while you wait — we’ll be back shortly!
Reception
5:45 pm - 10:30 pm
The reception will begin at 5:45 pm with dinner, drinks, and dancing. Please take your seat when invited so we can kick things off with a quick welcome and prayer before dinner is served. Don’t forget a jacket — it may get chilly as the night goes on. We’re so excited to celebrate with you until 10:30 pm!
