What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5pm. Light refreshments and lawn games will be provided for early birds! Reminder: The shuttle will get you there on time!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Dinner options will be provided table side with accommodations, but please contact the bride and groom for more information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at The Ashford Estate where all events will take place. Although, if you are staying at a nearby hotel, we suggest you take the shuttle to and from The Ashford Estate to avoid a late night drive!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would like to have an "unplugged" ceremony! We have photographers and videographers in charge of capturing all of our memories. Please enjoy the moment with us and save taking pictures for the reception! (:

Are children welcome to attend?

Answer

We love the kiddos, but would also love to enjoy your presence without the worry of getting the kids to bed. Please contact the bride and groom with questions!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love everyone to attend the big day in semi formal attire! Please feel free to bring a change of casual and comfy clothes for the after party!

Do you have a Covid Policy?

Answer

If you have Covid-19, the flu, ebola, measles, west nile virus, zika, or any other contagious virus....please stay home! We will still love you. (:
