Transportation Schedule • Two charter buses (each seats 50) will be available for guests who RSVP’d “yes” to transportation. You have time to update your RSVP if you’d like to change your response or reach out to Kara directly. There should be additional space for more guests to board! • After Ceremony: Buses arrive at St. Joseph’s Church at 2:30 PM, departing at 2:45 PM for Lakehouse Pub in Skaneateles Village. Feel free to explore the Village of Skaneateles and use this time how you wish!! • To Venue: Buses will stay at LakeHouse Pub and depart at 4:50 PM for The Lodge, arriving in time for cocktail hour. • End of Night: Buses will be at The Lodge after the reception, departing by 10:15 PM to return guests to the Tru Hotel by Hilton in Camillus for the after-party. There will be one bus that will make a stop back at St. Joseph’s Church before returning to Tru, if you wish to retrieve your car. Please notify the bride!! Important Notes • If you plan to leave your car at St. Joseph’s Church for the day, please text the bride directly so we can coordinate with the church staff. There will be a bus that will make the stop back at St. Joseph’s Church before returning to Tru at the end of the night. • Transportation spots are reserved for those who requested it when RSVPing. If your plans have changed, let us know as soon as possible. • The Lodge has ample parking if you prefer to drive directly to the venue. After-Party • Join us at the Tru Hotel by Hilton in Camillus after the reception for more celebration and pizza! Michael and Kara will be staying here and look forward to unwinding with you.
