What is the dress code?

Cocktail Attire. The entire celebration will be outdoors - the reception will be covered. We want you to feel comfortable, there will be transportation to accommodate those unable to walk the grass from the ceremony to the reception.

Adults only. We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off!

Where are the bride and groom staying?

Answer

We will be staying at the Minerals Hotel from Thursday to Monday. Feel free to extend with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invitations will be named to the guests that are invited. Please RSVP accordingly to ensure your seat is accounted for as space is limited.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Ceremony and Cocktail hour - Minerals Hotel Reception - Sweetgrass Pavillion at the Minerals Hotels **there will be transportation to accommodate those unable to walk the grass from the hotel to the pavillion

The entire celebration will be outdoors - the reception will be covered.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour will start after the ceremony, directly next to the ceremony location.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

All guests planning to stay at the hotel will have free parking during the stay. A valet service will be provided for guests not staying onsite or the evening.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, at the Minerals Hotel. When placing your reservation, via phone, please mention the "Sgro-Dietrich" wedding. We recommend staying at the Minerals Hotel as the entire celebration will take place onsite.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the entire venue and hotel is wheelchair accessible.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We will be asking guest to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Once cocktail hour begins, all the photos and post are welcomed. Don't forget to #SgroNoMore

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

If staying at the Minerals Hotel, no transportation is needed. If staying at the Grand Cascade Lodge, there is a free shuttle to and from the Minerals Hotel. No transportation will be provided if staying off- site.
