When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

There will be no children at the wedding or reception to allow for adults to focus on the celebration, and having a great time themselves. We love the kids, but will see them next time!

Is the foreclosure/auction news true?

Answer

While there is an open case involving the venue. We have contacted the venue and have been assured that the venue is NOT getting foreclosed or sold at this time. The wedding day and time are safe!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Only if they are included on your sent invitation by name or "guest". Any other guests/plus-ones will need approval by the bride and groom by JULY 31ST. Approval IS NOT GUARANTEED and will be first come first serve with the available seats left from RSVP. Guests should RSVP with you as well.

Can we take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We ask that DURING the ceremony, NO PHONES are to be present so that our photographer and videographer can do their best professional duty on our day. AFTER the ceremony guests may use their phones to take pictures. QR Code will be provided for guests to upload any and all pictures they have taken during the cocktail hour and reception.

Can guests arrive early?

Yes. Doors will open at 3:15PM for anyone who may want to arrive earlier than 3:45PM

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot just outside the venue and a paved pathway to get to the castle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We just ask that outfits stay within our requested colors for the wedding. Black & White are reserved for the bride and groom ONLY. PLEASE AVOID all-black dresses/suits/tuxes/cosplay outfits and all-white dresses/suits/tuxes/cosplay outfits, as those colors are reserved for the bride and groom. School cloaks are perfectly fine, as long as the clothing underneath follows the above guidelines. YES! Traditional/Cocktail attire OR Harry Potter Cosplay/Inspired Outfits.

Wanting to leave a gift?

Answer

Instead of a registry or gifts, we would love for people to contribute to our future home. Information can be found under the registry tab or wedding program.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3:30 - 3:45PM would be the ideal time to arrive. Doors will close by 4PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Please wear cocktail/formal attire. Harry Potter themed and/or Cosplay is encouraged but not required. HP school cloaks are allowed. NO ALL BLACK OR ALL WHITE ATTIRES are allowed at the wedding however. Thank you for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, not. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the wedding venue. We recommend using Lyft or Uber for travel needs if you wish to not drive your vehicle to or from the venue. Please plan accordingly.
