Hotel
We have a hotel block at the Hyatt Place at the Oceanfront. Since it is Valentine's Day AND President's Day weekend, we recommend booking as soon as possible! If you are planning on using the room block, please book by January 6th in order to guarantee the discounted group rate! The room rate will continue to work past January 6th until the hotel runs out of rooms. This is the only hotel that the shuttle will go to/from! 1.7 miles/6 minutes from venue.

Shuttle
February 15, 2025 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
There will be a 25 person shuttle at the Hyatt Place Hotel to go to the ceremony leaving approximately at 5:15pm, 5:30pm and the last trip at 5:45pm. The shuttle will be taking guests back to they Hyatt Place Hotel after the reception with the last bus leaving at 10:55pm. Uber's are also a great option and readily available in the area. The venue also has ample parking and is about 6 minutes away from the hotel.
Flight
Norfolk is the closest airport, about 30 minutes away from the venue!
Train
Believe it or not, there IS an Amtrak station in Norfolk! It's about 30 minutes away from the venue. BUT because there are so many regional stops between DC and Norfolk, I am betting it would add a couple hours to take the train vs. flying.
