Please RSVP by May 23rd 2026. All RSVP’s received after this date will be marked as declining. We will be sending final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we provided (May 23rd, 2026), you will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVPs.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited on your wedding invitations. Your invitation will be made out to “ {Your Name} and Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up on our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. No jeans please!
The ceremony begins promptly at 1:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 12:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
Yes, our hotel block is booked through the Hampton Inn and Suites in Poughkeepsie. Please click the travel tab for a direct link to our block. Keep in mind rooms must be booked by May 1st, 2026 to receive the discounted rate.
Yes, we will be providing transportation to those staying at the hotel. Times will be provided day of.
We're so glad you asked! We've built in a few hours between our ceremony and reception, giving you plenty of time to relax and explore. Feel free to visit local attractions in the area or settle into your hotel. If you're staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites Poughkeepsie (listed under our travel tab), a shuttle will depart at 5:20 pm to bring you to the venue. For a wonderful spot to unwind before cocktail hour, we highly recommend Shadows restaurant. Cocktails and reception doors open at 5:30 pm—we can't wait to celebrate with you!
