To ensure we can accommodate all our guests properly, we kindly ask that you RSVP by July 19, 2026. This date allows us to provide final numbers to our vendors. If we haven't heard from you by then, we'll unfortunately need to assume you won't be able to celebrate with us.
To keep our wedding intimate, we're only able to accommodate plus ones that are specifically included on invitations. While we adore all the little ones in our lives, we've decided on an adult-only (21+) celebration with the exception of the groom's nieces, who are in our wedding party. Thank you for understanding our space limitations.
Our dress code is formal attire, and we'd love to see you dressed up for our special day! We're hoping for mid to floor-length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, and suits or tuxedos (whichever you prefer). This falls between cocktail and black-tie—slightly more elevated than cocktail but not quite as dressy as black-tie formal. Our wedding ceremony will take place in grass, so stiletto heels are not recommended. **if you are stressing about the dress code, the bride may or may not have a Pinterest inspo board on hand!
Weather dependent, we are hoping for an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception.
We did our very best to pick a milder time of year to get married, but Montana weather is infamous for its unpredictability. Check the weather a week before for a best guess, but bring layers as it can get very cool at night. We are also hoping to miss fire season, but there is a chance it will be smokey. If it is too smokey, rainy, or snowy, we will move the ceremony indoors as well.
The closest airport is Bozeman International Airport, about 20 minutes away from the venue. We have a few hotel recommendations found on our "travel" page. We are lucky that Bozeman is full of beautiful places to stay. There are many hotels, airbnb's and VRBO's available.
We want to provide food options for all of our guests. Please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
