A Catholic wedding Mass is a bit longer than some wedding ceremonies because in addition to vows, it includes the Eucharist, which is an important part of our faith. You can expect the Mass to be about 45 minutes to an hour. Because of the sacred nature of the Eucharist, Holy Communion is reserved for practicing Catholics who are properly disposed to receive. We warmly invite our non-Catholic and non-practicing guests to come forward for a blessing, or to remain seated and pray for us & our marriage. Thank you for being part of this meaningful celebration with us.
Guests are kindly asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the Mass start time, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM.
No, we kindly request no children at our wedding. We hope this gives all parents the opportunity to plan ahead and enjoy the evening. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Please RSVP no later than October 15th! Any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as a “No.”
Long dresses or skirts and elegant cocktail dresses are encouraged for women; suits and ties are requested for men. We kindly ask our female guests to avoid wearing solid cabernet/burgundy, as this color is reserved for the wedding party.
