When booking accommodations, please note that events will take place just outside of Columbia Falls, MT. While Kalispell and Whitefish offer a wider variety of lodging options, they are about a 15–25 minute drive from the venue. The options listed on our site are just a few of the nearby choices. The Flathead Valley offers a variety of additional lodging options, including Airbnb/VRBO rentals, cabins, and campgrounds for those looking for a more local or outdoorsy experience. There are plenty of options to fit different preferences and budgets. We recommend booking early!

Glacier Park International Airport (FCA)

We recommend flying into Glacier Park International Airport (FCA), about 15–20 minutes from our venue and lodging. Rental cars are available at the airport. We recommend booking early as summer/fall travel is popular in the area.

Amtrak

Ashley’s favorite way to travel! Take Amtrak to the Whitefish Amtrak Station, about 25 minutes away. Rental cars are available nearby. Visit the Amtrak website for routes and discounts.
