Is everyone invited to the welcome dinner?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to have everyone join us for our welcome dinner and drinks at Earth on Friday evening. Seated dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., and if you arrive after that time, food will be available in a cocktail-style format. Wine and beer will be complimentary, with a full bar available for any additional cocktails available for purchase.

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

Rather than traditional hotel blocks, our venue is a resort with unique on-site accommodations. There are three types of lodging available: Cabins – Sleep 2 guests (1 bedroom) $799 per night Bungalows – Sleep 4 guests to 8 guests (2 bedrooms) $1,099 per night Treetop Lodges – Sleep 5 guests (2 bedrooms + 1 pull-out bed) $1,448 per night Seth and Sarah will thoughtfully assign each guest to one of these options to help make the most of the available space and ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. Your wedding invitation will include all the details on your assigned lodging and how to book your stay. If you have specific requests (rooming with friends, accessibility needs, etc.), feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate! Rooms include breakfast (yogurt, orange juice, pastries, and coffee delivered to your cabin in the morning) and full access to the resort offerings.
