Plenty of parking for the ceremony onsite at the church. For reception, may need to carpool/find street parking.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

If you're 15 minutes early you're on time.

Is the reception outdoors on the rooftop?

The reception will be indoors. The rooftop reception venue is a room at the top of the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
