Can we book rooms through other agencies besides the travel agent?

Answer

We strongly advise booking through the travel agency. If you use a third-party company or even Beaches to book, you run the risk of not being included in the group activities such as welcoming events, etc. Should any issues arise before or during your trip, Savannah will not be able to provide any advice or assistance if you did not book through her. If you choose to book outside of the quote given by the travel agency, please let Savannah know as soon as possible so that she can do her best to link you to the group for all events.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Beaches is a family resort and is accommodating to kids of all ages. That being said, our group events, including the wedding itself, are going to be adult only. If you plan to bring your kids, we recommend bringing a babysitter or looking into the babysitting services provided by the resort.
