Welcome Party
Mandeville Beer Garden
The Welcome Party will be held outdoors, weather permitting. All servers will be vaccinated, but will not be wearing masks. We will have masks available for any guests who would feel more comfortable wearing one.
Farewell Brunch
The Boathouse
All Hyatt staff at the Farewell Brunch will be wearing masks and gloves. There will be a buffet available, with plexiglass set up to separate guests from the food. A Hyatt server will plate all food for guests. If you do not feel comfortable eating brunch inside the Boathouse, there will be tables available outside (both on the Boathouse porch and by the dock) for guests to enjoy their meals. We will have masks available for any guests who will feel more comfortable wearing one.
Wedding
Ceremony & Reception
The Wedding Ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. All Hyatt staff at the Wedding Reception will be wearing masks and gloves. While the reception will be held indoors in a large ballroom, tables will be spread out appropriately. All our vendors have agreed to wear masks during our event. The band will be the only exception and they are all fully vaccinated. If you do not feel comfortable eating dinner inside the ballroom, there will be limited tables available outside for guests to enjoy their meals. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in taking advantage of this option. We will have masks available for any guests who will feel more comfortable wearing one.
