What precautions are you taking with regards to COVID?

Answer

Your safety and comfort are our priority. We are closely monitoring state and CDC guidelines to see what precautions will be necessary. Please check back here for more updates closer to 10/10/21.

When should I RSVP by?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding will be held outdoors. The reception will be held under a large tent. Heaters will be provided in the tent area for colder weather.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through our wedding website. At the top of our website you will find a link to our registry where you can see our selections :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 3:30pm. This will allow you enough time to park and take a 3-5 minute walk to the ceremony, which begins at 4:00pm

Is there a dress code?

Nope! Dress as formal as you prefer :)

What if I am unable to navigate steps and uneven terrain?

Answer

We plan on having 2 golf carts available to shuttle our guests anywhere on our venue upon request.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! You will see signs for "Seth and Maddison" at our venue's entrance. More signage and a parking attendant from the venue will direct you to the parking area.

Can I bring a date?

We did our best to plan on known significant others. If we missed your partner, we apologize and would appreciate you reaching out to us at sethandmaddison@gmail.com.

Can I attend the ceremony only and not the reception?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We greatly appreciate your effort to attend any portion of our special day :) If you cannot attend the entire wedding, please mention this in the RSVP section of the website in the "Leave A Note For The Couple".

Will last names be changing after the wedding?

Maddison will be adopting the last name Frankenfield <3

Will food be served?

Answer

Oh yes. Hors d'oeuvres (appetizers) will be served at the cocktail hour. A buffet style meal will be served at the reception with adult beverages.
