What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 5:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving a little early to get seated and settled before the celebration begins.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have been given a plus one, you will see the option to include them when you complete your RSVP. If the RSVP form does not show a plus one option, your invitation is for the guest(s) listed only. We kindly ask that only those included in your RSVP are added so we can plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available in front of A Simple Affair, with additional parking located in the back. For guests who plan on drinking, we kindly recommend using a rideshare service for safety and convenience.

When should I rspv by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by June 1, 2026. This will ensure we have plenty of time to finalize arrangements and prepare for the celebration.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have a full bar with beer, wine, and cocktails available. All beverages will be served by the venue’s bartenders, and guests will be asked to show ID upon ordering. For everyone’s enjoyment and safety, shots will not be served, outside alcohol is not permitted, and drinks must remain inside the event space.

Are there any rules for guests?

Answer

Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property, and we kindly ask guests to remain inside the event space rather than gathering outdoors. If anyone becomes overly disruptive, they may be asked to step away so the celebration can continue joyfully for all.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors in air-conditioned comfort. Since late July in Las Vegas averages around 105°F during the day, we recommend dressing with the summer heat in mind while keeping to the formal dress code.

What is the dress code?

Answer
