Question

How to RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above to RSVP anytime. Please list first and last names when you do RSVP. Last day to RSVP is March 15th 2026.

Question

What should I do If I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you have already RSVP'd, but find you are not able to make it, please notify Kaylee and or Seth as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus-one has been extended to you. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones. However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception for adults only, except for a few children who will be part of the official ceremony. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so that you can celebrate our special day with us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day in semi-Garden Formal attire. To help clarify, Ladies can wear dress pants, bright colors and patterns are welcome, knee-length and ankle-length dresses are also acceptable. Gentlemen can wear slacks and a semi-formal top. We kindly ask that you avoid white type colors, as they are traditionally reserved for the bride. Therefore, no White, Ivory, or Cream colors, please.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be provided on your formal invite, and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat no LATER THAN 15-minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Question

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be outside. The average temperature during May in Sutter Creek is 70-80 degrees in the afternoon. Please dress appropriately.

Question

What about parking?

Answer

Parking is limited at the venue. Handicapped parking will be available. Attendees are encouraged to park on the street or in the nearby Kiota Inn hotel parking lot. The walk from the hotel is estimated to be 1-2 minutes.
