All RSVP's MUST be received by May 11th, 2019. If we have not received your RSVP by that date, then you will be taken off of the guest list and will be turned away at the door if you come to the wedding. Everything is being planned according to RSVP's so we ask that if you RSVP you are 100% positive you are coming to the wedding. To RSVP for an event, please search your name in the search box, and it will show you the events that you have been invited to.
We are registered at Amazon.com. Our registry page can be found on our website, or you can go to this link. If you are received a Save the Date card, you should have also received an email with the link to our registry. Thank you so much for anything you purchase for me and Seth; we appreciate more than we can say! https://www.amazon.com/wedding/katelin-ballinger-seth-williams-denver-july-2019/registry/1ZJVEOHDODSZL
Please arrive for the wedding ceremony at 5:30 PM! There will be several things for guests to do before the actual ceremony begins, and it will give you time to see the beautiful estate the ceremony and reception are being held at.
There will be alcohol at the event for all guests over the age of 21! There will be an open bar with three signature cocktails to choose from, bottled beer, and wine. A champaign toast will also take place during dinner. We ask that you come to our event knowing your drinking limits; please do not pass that limit. We ask this of you because we want everyone to enjoy their time at our wedding, and it will not be fun for anyone if you are drunk and causing issues. Any guests that are noticeably intoxicated and causing issues will be asked to leave. An Uber or Lyft will be ordered for them, and they will have to leave. We will thank you in advance for not making this have to happen! We also want to remind any out-of-town guest that we are at a high altitude in Denver, so your alcohol limits will be lower than they usually are; what gets you buzzed at sea-level will get you drunk in Denver. Please be aware of this and pace yourself while drinking!
If you have a +1 indicated on your specific RSVP or specific people that are invited, then you are more than welcome to bring those people or a +1 with you! If you have no +1, we would prefer you to come alone. We want to keep the wedding and ceremony intimate with people we know, so if you do not have a +1, it is simply for that reason. Thank you for understanding!
Kids are welcome to come to the event! We love kiddos and want them to have a great time! Because we also want you to have a great time at the reception, we will have an on-site babysitter upstairs along with some games and movies for the kids to enjoy. If you want to utilize this service, please specify so on your RSVP so we can know how many kids our babysitter needs to expect to be watching. We also want to give all of our guests a heads up to diligently watch their kids during the ceremony and cocktail hour. They will be hosted outside, and there are places around the facility where children can easily fall and hurt themselves. Please watch your children and let them know where they are and are not allowed to go for their safety!
We have reserved a hotel block at the Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Southwest/Lakewood. More details can be found on this hotel block on our "Travel" page!
All food allergies can be brought to our attention in your RSVP for the wedding! We will not take note of food allergies in the RSVP's for the Rehearsal Dinner since you will be required to order and pay for your own food that night.
There is a large parking lot directly in front of the manor. There will be no issues finding parking, but we encourage you to save the closer spots for our older guests. Thank you!
If enough guests stay at the hotel block that we have reserved, a free shuttle will be available. Carley Hangebrauck will let any of you who are staying at the hotel know about the shuttle if you just send her an email confirming that you are indeed staying there. If a shuttle does not end up being provided, it is a short, ten minute drive to the venue. There is a short drive through the mountains to get to Willow Ridge Manor, so if you have bad night-vision or are not comfortable with driving through mountains at night, we would highly encourage you to pay for an Uber or Lyft ride! Our wedding planners will be happy to help you book an Uber or Lyft ride when you are ready to leave if you need help doing so.
All events you need to know about can be found on our "Events" page. When the RSVP page on our website is activated, you can search your name an see the events that you are invited to/can RSVP to. If you are not invited to a specific event, the odds are that it is an event that we only want our families and our wedding party at. Thank you for your understanding!
Seth and I will not be allowing anyone other than the people we have explicitly invited to make a toast deliver one at the wedding. We have a timeline that we need to stick to, so we appreciate your understanding. If you really want to make a toast, we are setting aside some time during the rehearsal dinner for you to do so! We want to hear what you have to say, just in the time we have set aside for you to say it!
