Due to the increasing numbers and severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the tough decision to postpone our wedding until October 23rd, 2021. While we're disappointed, safety is our priority and we want to wait until we can do it up right! Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We will continue to post any updates here for you! :)
Our story is over ten years long, but we'll keep it short and sweet. We first met each other in tenth grade biology class at Central high and the rest is history. Our relationship has thrived through long distance during college, four years of pharmacy school and the biggest hurdle of all...LSU vs. ARK games year after year. We are so excited for this next chapter in our story and for what the coming years have in store for us! P.S. Since it' s Julianne typing this I don't feel bad for adding in - GEAUX TIGERS!
It was a Friday afternoon, we'd both just gotten off work and it was a beautiful day. I walked in and Seth had already made us a cocktail and suggested we sit out on the patio (not complaining, but it was a little out of the ordinary). As we're sitting outside, he just kept repeating "It's the perfect day," to which I kept obliviously responding "Yeah, the weather is so nice!" At one point, I even went off on a tangent about something awful that happened at work that day (I learned later that Seth was internally freaking out trying to figure out a way to put the conversation back on a positive note...oops). After probably the 5th "It's the perfect day," he stood up and got down on one knee and said "This is why." *initiate me bawling my eyes out and I think blacking out* I honestly could not tell you what Seth said after that and I don't think he could either. I was in complete shock, in the absolute best way possible. After about 5 minutes of crying, I composed by myself and could not get the smile off my face. The rest of the day was spent celebrating with our friends and family. It really was the perfect day!
