Please RSVP no later than July 25th, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our venders with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
When filling out your RSVP information on our site, it will list whether your children were invited to the event or not. If some of your children were invited, but not all, please let us know so we can correct that error. We do ask that if you have small children, they exit the dance floor at 10pm as it may get a little wild! Thank you for your understanding.
There is a CASH BAR ONLY. There is NO ATM or Cash machine at the venue. Please bring any money in SMALL increments, Examples: Ones, Fives, Tens. We will have some complimentary drinks for you during the social hour.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please RSVP on our website.
The ceremony will begin at 4. Please arrive 30 minutes prior, and please keep in mind it is a little out of town. A good idea would be to arrive around 3:15-3:30 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. **If you arrive after 4pm, please stand in the back until the wedding party has finished their processional, then you are welcome to seat yourselves. We would like all guests seated BEFORE 4pm. Park in the parking area marked "Guest Parking". Please follow the signage to walk to the ceremony. Ushers will be there to seat you. This is an outdoor wedding. The ceremony is not covered and is located in a tree row, please follow signage. There will be a tent on the grass for the reception. If dangerous weather occurs, we will move the ceremony to the arena, which is indoors (dirt floor). Please allow our photographer to take all photos during the Ceremony. Thanks for your understanding. We will have some bug spray available for use, if you have a certain kind you like, please bring it with you.
Garden Party Attire – Sunday’s Best We’re celebrating in full garden party style! Think florals, flowy fabrics, and looking like you’re headed to the prettiest outdoor soirée of the season. For the Ladies: Bring on the florals, soft colors, and breezy silhouettes! Midi and maxi dresses are perfect, and we love anything flowy, romantic, or pastel. Dressy jumpsuits are absolutely welcome too. Since we’ll be outdoors, wedges, block heels, or chic flats might be your best friends. For the Gentlemen: No need for a full suit — especially if it’s warm! Think polished but comfortable. Dress pants or chinos with a button-down or short-sleeve dress shirt are perfect. Linen, light colors, and subtle patterns (yes to florals!) are encouraged. A blazer is great but totally optional. Ties are welcome but not required — feel free to keep it polished yet relaxed. Overall vibe: Elevated, airy, and effortlessly stylish — like Sunday’s Best at a garden party. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up and celebrating with us!
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony ( no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you a give us is to be fully present as we say “I Do”. We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like! We also plan to have a QR code to a photo app, so we can see all the moments you have captured.
We are so grateful you are traveling to celebrate with us! Please click the “Travel” tab to see more information. We are still searching for hotel block.
While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests, we will be having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Dinner you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.
