Basílica de la Sagrada Família
La Sagrada Família is Barcelona’s most famous landmark and one of the most extraordinary churches in the world. Designed by the visionary Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, this breathtaking basilica has been under construction since 1882, and it’s still not finished! While there is plenty to admire on the outside, if you want a tour inside we recommend to book tickets in advance!
Mercat de la Boqueria
La Boqueria is Barcelona’s most famous food market, located just off Las Ramblas in the heart of the city. A vibrant and colorful space, it offers an incredible variety of fresh produce, seafood, meats, cheeses, spices, and traditional Spanish delicacies. Visitors can sample tapas, fresh juices, and local specialties right at the market stalls. It’s a lively and authentic experience — perfect for tasting the flavors and energy of Barcelona in one place.
Sitges
Sitges is a beach town near our venue and just 30 minutes from Barcelona! Sitges is a charming seaside town known for its beaches, picturesque old town, and vibrant atmosphere. With whitewashed buildings, palm-lined promenades, and excellent restaurants, it’s the perfect spot to relax, explore, and soak up the Spanish sunshine during your trip. The Sitges Film Festival takes place October 8 - 18, and will certainly be fun to check out while you’re here!

Akquaaa Boutique Hotel
Hotel Akquaaa is a stylish boutique hotel located right on the Mediterranean beachfront in Calafell on Spain’s scenic Costa Dorada. It offers modern, comfortable rooms — many with sea views — and a relaxed, elegant atmosphere perfect for a seaside stay. The hotel is near our venue and is our recommendation. There will be a shuttle pick up location near the hotel on the day of the wedding.
Hotel Medium Sitges Park
Hotel Medium Sitges Park is a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of Sitges’ old town, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. While it’s a little farther from our wedding venue than hotel Akquaaa, it offers a beautiful setting with a peaceful courtyard pool and easy access to everything Sitges has to offer. It’s a great option if you’d like to stay right in town and enjoy a bit more of the local atmosphere during the weekend festivities.
