XNA located in Bentonville, AR. The XNA airport is about a 35 minute drive to the downtown Fayetteville square. You will need to Uber or rent a car as there is no public transportation from XNA directly to the Fayetteville square.
Our small ceremony, with just family, will be held at the Hunt Chapel in Rogers Arkansas. Our Reception for family and friends will be at the Garden Room on Dickson Street.
Cocktail attire. For the ladies- nice cocktail dress, long or short. For the gentlemen- nice shirt, jacket and pants (tie optional).
Fall in Arkansas is a coin flip! It could be beautiful and 65 degrees, or in the 40’s. It is recommended to check the weather before your trip and pack accordingly.
The Garden Room is an inside venue, with an outside patio. Dinner and drinks will be served inside.
Yes. Dinner and drinks will be served at the reception. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact Seth or Grayce or include it on your RSVP so we can make the necessary food accommodations for you.
It is recommended to walk or uber to the reception. There are a select number of spots at the reception venue that will be reserved for the grandparents of the bride and groom. There is public paid parking located on Dickson Street close to our reception venue. If you plan to drive, please plan ahead, so you have time to find public parking and walk to the reception venue depending on how far you have to park. If your invitation has a plus one guest, yes. This is an intimate wedding and the bride and groom are only offering plus ones to guests with serious significant others that know both the bride and groom.
