FAQs

The Wedding Website of Seth Pogasic and Danielle Brummett
You've got questions. We've got answers!
Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at Terra Mia Vineyards.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive by 3pm to park and find your seat!

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample lit parking (with 3 Tesla charging stations), and parking attendants will be onsite to direct you where to park. Any cars parked overnight must be picked by 11:30am the next morning.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 5th, 2026 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab on our website. Our vendors require us to provide the headcount by this date, so any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as a "No."

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. For men, this could mean suits or sport coats and dress pants with a tie or bowtie. For women, floor-length, tea length, or mid-length dresses, or dressy jumpsuits/pantsuits would be perfect. We kindly ask that women avoid wearing burnt orange or burgundy to avoid matching the bridal party!

Question

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are planned for outdoor spaces. In the event of inclement weather, the festivities will continue under cover. November in Paso Robles is typically mild-to-warm during the day and can get pretty chilly at night. We will have heat lamps to keep everyone comfortable during the reception, but we definitely recommend bringing a light jacket if you tend to run cold!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Please see the travel section for more information on the Uber promo code (coming soon!) that we will be providing to get you back to your hotel safe and sound!

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

San Luis Obispo Airport (SBP) is the closest, about a 35 minute drive from our venue.

Question

Have you reserved hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the "Travel" tab (coming soon!) in our website for more information.

Question

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired some amazing professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please take as many photos as you'd like. We can't wait to see our big day from your point of view!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, two specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want to make sure everyone can enjoy our wedding meal! Please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the designated section of your RSVP. We are happy to accomodate!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
