My name is Caleb Hoekstra and I have the honor and privilege of being Seth’s best man. I have known Seth since I was a young kid. We went school together and played countless baseball games together. We still reminisce of all those classes and games that we were able to experience. It’s been such a joy to watch Seth grow and develop his relationship with the Lord and with Austin. Seth and I have been able to be there for each other through all the difficult and great times in middle school, high school and college. I look forward to seeing him continue to grow in his relationship with the Lord, with Austin and with me.

My name is Holly Hagstrom. And I’m so excited to stand by Austin’s side as her maid of honor just as she did for me! Austin and I have been best friends for over 10 years. Meeting in middle school youth group at our church. Over the years we have gone on many fun adventures and been through many ups and downs. And we have had so many conversations about faith and our futures. About a year after Austin and Seth started dating we had a conversation about her and Seth’s relationship. She was still unsure about what the future might hold, but I knew that he was going to be her husband. I’m so excited to celebrate with them as they become one under God!

I’m Jacob Buit, and Seth is my younger brother. We’ve grown up together and so I’ve had a front row seat to watch my little brother become the man he is today. I am so excited to stand up for Seth in his wedding. We haven’t always agreed, especially as kids, but having a brother like Seth is like having a built in best friend. I’m excited to see where God takes him next!

My name is Emilia Vriesman, Austin’s favorite college roommate! We met the first week of our freshman year, chatting in the Pickitt 3rd floor lounge for hours. She told me about her amazing boyfriend just down the road at Calvin, and now here they are getting married! I’m incredibly excited to celebrate them and what the Lord has for their future!

Hello, my name is Marcus Breuker, and I am one of Seth’s groomsman. Seth and I hit it off in middle school with our love for disc golf and sports. Our friendship blossomed into an amazing friendship with many awesome memories shared. As our friendship has gone on, I have seen the growth that Seth has gone through. A major area of growth for him in life is his faith. From the times in youth group at Cottonwood, and the Monday nights at Young life, God has molded and shaped him into the best man for Austin. I have loved getting to know Austin and seeing their relation as they grow together and with God. I am ecstatic for what God has planned for them together for the future!

My name is Ashley and I am one of Austin’s bridesmaids. Growing up I got to play travel softball with Austin from 10u till 18u and has she become basically a sister to me. I remember her telling me about this boy named Seth that went to my high school - it has been such a joy to watch them grow together! I cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store for them!

My name is Braden Gilmore, and I was Seth’s roommate for 3 years. Seth and I hit it off immediately and went on to share many challenging classes, late nights, and Bible studies. While getting to know Seth’s goofy and serious sides, I have seen that him and Austin make for a great pair. I’m honored to stand in their special and God-honoring day!

My name is Abby Chapman, and I am so honored to stand by Austin’s side as a bridesmaid! Austin and I became good friends while playing high school volleyball together, and being human anatomy lab partners. We shared a lab bench, early morning practices, and jokes about me being Seth’s unofficial stand-in at school dances when he was away at baseball tournaments. I am beyond grateful for the friendship we’ve built and for the chance to celebrate this beautiful season of her life. This marriage will be a truly beautiful covenant between two wonderful people, and I feel so blessed to be part of their special day!

I’m Cameron Dykstra, and I’ve had the privilege of knowing Seth since our freshman year of high school. Since then we have shared a competitive drive in games of euchre and pickleball and have created countless memories of laughter and fun in doing so. But beyond the games and laughs, it has been such a blessing to watch Seth grow in his faith and character over the years. Now I have the opportunity to stand beside and celebrate him and Austin on this special day!

My name is Vernie Wilson. I am Austin's "Up" grandmother. I am thrilled and a little scared to be a bridesmaid. I don't like being up front so this tells you how much I love this girl. Austin has always been a light in this world. I am so happy that she stands with conviction in her faith, and am thrilled she found a man who does the same. I met Seth when Austin asked him to trim a tree for me. He did a good job, but I had to trim just a bit more. The ladder and the chainsaw liked Seth better than me. I got a beautifully trimmed tree and a broken hip out of my first meeting with Seth. My prayers for them both are continued faith in our Lord and Savior and their persistent testimony to the world of His goodness and greatness. Finally, I wish Seth and Austin happiness and exceptional health for their years to come!
