What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 3:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Please refer to your invite, if it does not specify that you can bring a date, then, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate one for you.

Are kids welcome?

We love kids, but unless their name is listed on the invite, please leave your kiddos at home and enjoy a night out!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking located at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please follow a Semi-Formal dress code. Please note that the ceremony and reception area are in the grass, so plan accordingly with shoe choices! Ladies: A long gown, a cocktail dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or a dressy skirt with a stylish top are all appropriate. Gentlemen: A suit and tie, or dress pants with a dress shirt and a blazer, are good choices. We kindly ask that no shades of white, ivory, or cream be worn. Also, the bridesmaids will be wearing sky blue gowns.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, there will be transportation provided from the Hampton Inn and Suites in Charles Town, WV. Check back later for more info!
