Where is the wedding taking place?

Mesa Ranch, 3617 Baker Road, Needville, TX 77461-7359 Parking is available in the back of the venue. Please follow the signs. Guests with low-profile vehicles should take care when navigating the ranch terrain.

What should I do if I can’t attend?

Answer

We'll miss having you with us on our special day. Please RSVP through the website by selecting "no" or "decline" as soon as possible, as we need an accurate headcount for our seating arrangements.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM and proceeding directly to the ceremony field for seating. Seating will conclude at 3:50 PM, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:00 PM.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather allowing. Following the ceremony, guests will move inside for cocktail hour and reception. We recommend dressing with the outdoor setting in mind.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving beer, wine and a signature drink from both the bride and groom. Water, soda, and mocktails will also be available.

Can I request a song for the DJ ?

Answer

Yes! Our DJ will take song requests throughout the night. While we can't guarantee every song will be played, we welcome your input to help create an amazing dance floor experience.
