Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a hotel room block at the Courtyard Marriot and we encourage our guests to stay here as we will provide transportation to and from the venue to this location. Check our travel tab for booking details! Discount Code: BSWBSWA

What do I need to know for the welcome party?
Answer
The location is at the John Joseph Inn. There is parking on site. Please feel free to dress causally. We will be providing drinks and some light bites, stop by to say hello and kick off wedding weekend. Welcome Party from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! For Saturday we do kindly request guests, if possible, to park at our designated hotel. A convenient shuttle service will be available to transport guests to and from the venue.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer
We kindly request our guest to consider our Formal Garden Attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend you please plan your footwear accordingly. The reception space will be covered. For your consideration, the bridesmaids will be wearing a Satin Moss Green color.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. Please arrive ahead of time to find your seat and enjoy the venue. We will be providing transportation from the hotel to arrive with plenty of time. The shuttle will begin service from the hotel and 3:30 PM and a second shuttle at 4:00 PM.

Is there an after party?
Answer
Yes, after the reception on Saturday we will be hosting an after-party at the Inn. Weather permitting we will have a bonfire with some drinks and snacks. A late shuttle will be provided for the after party.

What do I need to know for the Farewell Brunch?
Answer
Brunch will take place at the restaurant at the John Joseph Inn, please feel free to dress causally. We will provide coffee, bagels and pastries before you hit the road. Stop by anytime between 10:30AM- 12PM
